HOW IT WORKS

You buy a barrel (or a share in one).

We make the whisky (with your help) and look after it for you while it matures.

We wait.

When the whisky is ready - and only when it's ready - we bottle it and deliver to your doorstep. Typically this is five years from when the cask was filled. You can age it for longer, but we prefer to drink it.

FAQ

Can I sell my shares or my barrel before 5 years? Who will buy it?

Yes, after 3 years we can facilitate a change of ownership as required.

Can I taste the whisky you currently have aging?

Depending on your programme, you and your mates can celebrate life and your whisky on it's birthday each year.

Why age the whisky for 5 years?

After 5 years the whisky has gone through most of it's aging. The heavy char of the barrel smooths out the whisky and tastes amazing. Further aging continues to finesse the whisky, but we would rather drink it.

What’s it going to taste like?

Excellent! We have had whisky in barrels since 2019, and it is aging beautifully, you are welcome to come and try it.
